Winnipeg Civic Election- A socialist View

Winnipeg’s Civic Election: A Socialist View

Wednesday, October 1, 2014
UWSA Hive (in Lockhart Hall)
University of Winnipeg

Poverty, racism, public transit and other public services, policing, the power of developers… for people concerned about these and other social justice issues, the election doesn’t offer much to inspire. For people who want to change the world, is there an alternative to voting for the “lesser evil”? Join us for a discussion of the limitations of what’s on offer and possible alternatives.

Organized by the Winnipeg New Socialist Group
Childcare subsidy available with prior notice
